New Wine

The new wine consists on making wine without subsequent aging and aging in oak barrels. These wines are fresh and fruity releasing its aromas from the natural wood´s action. The new wine provides a lively and strong personality released from the grape varieties with which it is made. In general, it is a wine with powerful primary aromas which are perceptible on the nose and mouth and with a slight acidity which prolongs its life on the palate, sign and consequence of the youth that characterizes it.
